Stream Realty Partners has recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement project on 2515 McKinney, an 18-story office tower located in Uptown Dallas. The property is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives and the renovations were carried out in collaboration with architect Entos Design and general contractor Michael Walker Construction. The upgrades include a revamped lobby, new amenities such as a tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center, outdoor patio and grab-and-go options for coffee and lunch.

JLL Capital Markets has successfully arranged financing for the sale of The Offices at Kensington – a Class A office complex spanning over 171,000 square feet in Sugar Land,Texas. JLL represented Buchanan Street Partners – the seller of the property – which was acquired by DML Capital through their assistance. Additionally,JLL secured fixed-rate acquisition loan on behalf of DML.Capitalizing on its prime location,the four-story buildings are currently leased at an impressive rate of84%.

Kate Lengyel has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Stream Realty Partners.This newly created role will see her oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition ,employee engagement ,compliance,and company culture initiatives.She brings with her almost three decades worth experience having held significant roles related to HR strategy,talent management,and organizational development.Her work will be based out from Stream’s corporate headquarters situated in Dallas where she’ll report directly to COO.

Bass Pro Shops have announced plans to open their latest Texas location sprawling across100000 square feet,in Odessa.The store will anchor Dorado Destination Center spread over158 acres along SH191 between Yukon Rd.and Mission Blvd.Construction is expected to begin soon aiming for spring2025 opening.Developed by ICA Properties,the deal was brokered through Retail Coach.

A hotel that’s been around since1979,situated within Design District recently underwent $30 million renovation.The Hilton Anatole,a 45-acre property along North Stemmons Fwy.has added four rooms bringing the total to1610,along with two new suite types and updated colors.The hotel also boasts a three-bay TopGolf Swing Suite as part of its80,000-sf fitness center and Verandah Spa.Originally developed by Trammell Crow,the property is still owned by its original ownership group.
