Stream Realty Partners has recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement project on 2515 McKinney, an 18-story office tower located in Uptown Dallas. The property is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives and was renovated in collaboration with architect Entos Design and general contractor Michael Walker Construction. The renovations included updates to the lobby, as well as the addition of new amenities such as a tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center, outdoor patio, and grab-and-go options for coffee and lunch.

JLL Capital Markets facilitated the sale of The Offices at Kensington in Sugar Land,Texas – a two-building Class A office complex totaling 171,055 square feet. Representing seller Buchanan Street Partners,the property was acquired by DML Capital with assistance from JLL securing fixed-rate acquisition financing.The four-story buildings are currently leased at 84.1%.

Kate Lengyel has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Stream Realty Partners.She will oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition,supporting employee engagement,and implementing compliance measures.Lengyel brings nearly three decades of experience to her role,having previously held positions focused on HR strategy,talent management,and organizational development.She will be based out of Stream’s headquarters in Dallas.

Bass Pro Shops plans to open its newest location,a sprawling100000-square-foot store,in Odessa,Texas.Construction is set to begin soon with an expected opening date sometime during spring2025.The store will anchor Dorado Destination Center,a development owned by ICA Properties that spans158 acres along SH191 between Yukon Rd.and Mission Blvd.Arranged through deal brokeredbyThe Retail Coach,this marks Bass Pro Shop’s17th locationin Texas.

A $30 million renovation project has just been completedatthe Hilton Anatole hotellocatedinDallas’ Design District.Opened backin1979and developedbyTrammell Crow,the27-storyhotel now boasts a total of 1,610 rooms and two new suite types.The property’s fitness center has also been expanded to include an80,000-square-foot Verandah Spa as well as a three-bay TopGolf Swing Suite.Original ownership group remains in possession of the hotel.
