Alan Peterson III has been appointed as the new VP of investor relations and finance at American Healthcare REIT, Inc. In this role, he will lead the company’s investor relations efforts and oversee strategic initiatives. Prior to joining American Healthcare REIT, Peterson served as an equity research analyst at Green Street on their residential research team where he played a key role in covering 15 publicly traded real estate companies.

Juniper Square, a San Francisco-based provider of partnership enablement for private funds industry, has promoted Brandon Sedloff to chief real estate officer. In his new position, Sedloff will drive Juniper Square’s strategy for expanding its fund administration business among real estate investment managers.

Derrick Grüner has joined Realworld Asset Group in Westlake Village as their chief capital markets officer & general counsel. With over ten years of experience in high-level positions such as general counsel and COO/CIO roles, Grüner has successfully secured over $250 million in new capital throughout 2021 and 2022.

Mike Trim has been promoted to regional VP by Pankow Builders , where he will oversee operations for Northern California region.Trim previously served as director of operations and played a crucial part in numerous successful projects.

The National Association of Home Builders recently honored Manny Gonzalez with induction into their Hall of Fame during the Best in American Living Awards ceremony held during International Builders’ Show on February 28thin Las Vegas.Gonzalez founded Lifestyle Design Consulting after spending nearly two decades overseeing design,p land planning,and production for various residential developments across America while working with KTGY .

Zacua Ventures,a San Francisco-based venture capital fund focused on early-stage technology solutions within construction industry,closed its inaugural fund,exceeding its $50 million target by over 10%.Along with the successful fund close,Zacua also announced that it led a $9-million seed round for data infrastructure startup Flexnode.
