**Southern Arizona Logistics Center Building #2 Sold for $50.4 Million**

Southern Arizona Logistics Center Building #2, a 435,023-square-foot concrete tilt-up warehouse located at 10070 W. Clark Farm Blvd. in Marana, has been sold for $50.4 million. The seller was Flint Development, and the buyer was BlackRock. The tenant for the facility has not yet been disclosed.

The property was marketed by Tim Healy, John Werstler, and Tanner Ferrandi from CBRE’s Phoenix office, who served as the listing brokers. Representing the buyer were Rob Glaser of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, along with Steve Shields and Peter Wessling of Transportation Property Company of California.

Completed in 2023, the facility was built for modern warehousing and high-volume distribution. It features 88 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 133 trailer spaces, 243 parking spaces, and a 36-foot clear height. The building is situated on 36.43 acres within the Southern Arizona Logistics Center subdivision, a master-planned industrial development designed to accommodate large-scale warehouse operations.
