During the recent Connect Distressed Investment & Finance conference in Los Angeles, experts in commercial real estate capital markets shared their honest perspectives on the current state of affairs and how much it has evolved from 2021 and 2022.
According to Brad Ross, managing director and head of originations at Parkview Financial, “The borrowing rate is currently very low due to changes in debt service coverage ratio calculations. However, this will eventually revert back based on Treasury rates.”
