Maple Lawn is a LEED Gold-certified office building developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties that offers residential spaces as well as retail outlets alongside offices. In this transaction between the landlord represented by Bill Jautze of St.John Properties and tenant represented by Rick Williamson , Window Nation secured their new space.
