The lease was signed by Window Nation founders Aaron and Harley Magden in 2006. Maple Lawn is a LEED Gold-certified office building developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties that offers residential spaces as well as retail outlets alongside offices. In this transaction between the landlord represented by Bill Jautze of St.John Properties and tenant represented by Rick Williamson , Window Nation secured their new space.
Matt Lenihan , Senior Vice President of Leasing at St.John Properties stated that the strategic location of Maple Lawn between Baltimore and Washington DC combined with its walkable amenities will play an important role for Window Nation to attract top talent to support their ongoing growth plans.
