Unified Women’s Healthcare’s medical affiliate, Capital Women’s Care, has secured a 16,074 square foot lease at Maple Lawn in Howard County, Maryland. The practice network will employ around 40 medical and administrative professionals at their location on 8171 Maple Lawn Boulevard. They intend to use the space for gynecology and general obstetrics services as well as a wellness and medical spa.
Maple Lawn is a sprawling mixed-use community spanning over 605 acres developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties. It offers top-notch amenities including Class A office spaces, flex/R&D areas, retail options,and residential properties totaling over one million square feet of space.Bill Jautze of St.John Properties acted on behalf of the landlord while Joe Bradley from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant during this transaction.
