The Manvel City Council has given the green light to a zoning package for the development of a 140,000-square-foot store with garden center in the upcoming Manvel Town Center. This new retail hub is being built on the northwest corner of highways 288 and 6.
Lowe’s, one of America’s leading home improvement retailers, is set to open its doors in this location during the third quarter of next year. It will be joining H-E-B as a major anchor tenant that opened just last year. Other notable tenants include McDonald’s, Whataburger, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s Subs and various healthcare facilities such as Memorial Hermann urgent care and a dental office.
