JLL Atlanta’s Agency Leasing team has been selected to lease Proscenium, a 521,000-square-foot Class-A office tower in Midtown Atlanta. Located at 1170 Peachtree Street, the 24-story building is an important asset in Manulife Investment Management’s strategic Southeast portfolio and capital improvements will begin early 2024. JLL Managing Director Jeff Taylor and Executive Vice President David Horne will lead leasing and marketing efforts.
Proscenium offers 25,000 square foot floor plates with world class amenities such as multiroom conference facilities, full service fitness center with outdoor gathering area plus sundry shop and barbershop all located at the epicenter of Midtown’s business district. Manulife Investment Management plans to modernize lobby exteriors while upgrading common spaces for a more welcoming environment for tenants; this Energy Star certified building also features dedicated concierge services along with property management & security teams.
