Mansfield TX: Wildcat Management Seeking $150M for Mixed-Use Project

Wildcat Management, a locally based development and investment firm, is looking to the southern Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield for their next project. The $150 million Castle Ranch would include apartments, townhomes, retail and restaurant space as well as coworking office space with pocket parks and walkable streets. Additionally, it will connect to a new city park and trail system currently under construction.

Trish Ragan from Wildcat Management expressed her enthusiasm for the opportunity: “I am excited about applying our years of community building experience in downtown Dallas toward Mansfield’s visionary efforts. Our public-private partnership will yield benefits to generations of citizens here in Mansfield.”

Before moving forward on this ambitious project however there are several steps that must be taken including submitting plans to the city before groundbreaking can begin which is slated for 2024.
