Mansfield, Texas is set to welcome a new multifamily project in the form of The Alexander. BV Capital plans to deliver this 388-unit apartment complex by 2025 with an estimated cost of $68 million. Located at 1725 E Broadstreet, the development will feature two pool courtyards and amenity spaces for residents.
The city has seen a surge in commercial projects recently including Mansfield Super Studios which will bring 2,000 jobs and film production opportunities as well as Village at Southpointe – Chisholm Flats’ 54-acre site located on Lone Star Road and Highway 287 that features medical offices, upscale multifamily housing units along with restaurant and retail space. This $500 million project is expected to be one of the largest developments in Mansfield area so far.
