Mansfield City Hall and Mixed Use District: Building a New Hub for the Community

Mansfield, a rapidly growing town in Tarrant County, is set to undergo a major transformation with the development of its new city hall. The project will be led by Stillwater Capital and spans 10 acres of land.

The Reserve, a +/- 200-acre master plan area within Mansfield, has been designated as the future “modern city center.” This vibrant district will feature mixed-use neighborhoods designed for pedestrian activity. A large green space, entertainment venues, and full-service hotel with conference facilities will serve as focal points for this dynamic community. Additionally, urban-style retail shops and offices along with residential units are planned to complete this innovative development.
