Ryan Cos. and DWS have formed a partnership to develop a 1.2 million-square-foot business park in the vicinity of Austin, Texas. The initial phase of the project, located at 13754 Gregg Manor Road in Manor, is estimated to cost $59 million and will consist of four buildings ranging from 58,000 to 435,000 square feet under the name Mustang Crossing. Two additional buildings are planned for future phases with one being a large-scale facility spanning over 435,000 square feet.
The site spans across an expansive area of land measuring approximately127 acres near major highways such as Texas State Highway130 and U.S Route290 providing convenient access to Austin as well as other surrounding metropolitan areas. It is also strategically situated just4 miles away from Austin Executive Airport while ABI Airport is only17 miles away making it easily accessible by air travel for businesses operating within or outside the state.The location also offers proximityto San Antonio (106 miles), Houston (150miles)and Dallas-Fort Worth area(189miles).
This collaboration between Ryan Cos.and DWS marks their second joint venture followingthe successful completionofa six-building industrial park covering870 thousand square feetin Mesa,AZlast year.
