The Consulate General of Portugal has secured a new 12-year lease agreement with BGO for a 6,673-square-foot MIRO suite on the 17th floor at 757 Third Avenue in Midtown. The move marks the relocation from their current location at 866 Second Ave. Additionally, BGO has also finalized deals with reinsurance company BMS Group and software company Endava.
Under the renewed agreement, BMS Group will now occupy the entire16th floor of the building spanning over13,194 square feet. They have transitioned from their previous space on the22nd floor to a fully customized build-to-suit area.
Endava has expanded its presence by leasing an entire26th floor unit comprising of6,960 square feet. This is in addition to their partial space onthe18thfloor.
