MVLE, a Virginia-based nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities, has extended and right-sized its lease at Fullerton Square in Springfield, Virginia. KLNB’s Tenant Advisory Group led by Marc Balamaci and Scott Mendelson provided assistance to MVLE in securing the new 50,603 square feet of flex office space agreement at 7400 & 7420 Fullerton Drive. Cambridge Holdings LLC represented the ownership of Fullerton Square during this transaction.
This post highlights how MVLE was able to extend their lease at Springfield through expert guidance from KLNB’s Tenant Advisory Group as well as representation from Cambridge Holdings LLC. By doing so they were able to secure an ideal fit for their needs while continuing their mission of providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities across Virginia state lines.
