Focus, in collaboration with development partner Atlantic Residential and property owner Centennial, has launched the second phase of the transformational redevelopment underway at Fox Valley in Aurora, Illinois. This three-story shopping center will include a 323-unit luxury apartment community as well as a 212-unit senior housing development, both expected to be completed by fall 2025.
In June 2023, Phase 1 was completed with Lumen – a 304-unit luxury apartment community built on the site of the shopping center’s former Carson’s store. The new Phase 2 Fox Valley apartments feature state-of-the art amenities such as scenic park and green space; dog park; unique outdoor co working spaces; and more. Additionally situated between Lumen and these new apartments is a five story senior living center for added convenience to residents within this vibrant community.
