Realty Capital Management is making significant progress on the 160-acre Lakeside Village development in Flower Mound. The completion of a $16 million underground parking garage, expected in April, marks an important milestone for the project. This garage is part of a larger $60 million infrastructure phase that will support the seven-acre entertainment district known as South Sunset, set to open in 2027.
The entertainment district will feature a public plaza surrounded by restaurants, as well as amenities like a wedding chapel and trails. Additionally, plans for Lakeside’s southern expansion include a luxury Marriott hotel, retail space, 350 high-end rental residences and an office building spanning four stories.
Lakeside Village Partner and Realty Capital Management are collaborating with Swinerton Builders to bring this project to life. Currently boasting over 40 stores and restaurants along with over 1,200 residential units (including condos) and more than 165k square feet of office space already built or under construction at Lakeside Village.
