Maiden Home Furnishings Company Secures Retail Lease in NYC's Meatpacking District

Maiden Home, a home furnishings company, has inked a 4,100-square-foot retail lease in the Meatpacking district. Located at 34 Little West 12th Street, this location will serve as Maiden Home’s flagship store and includes 3,300 square feet of ground floor retail space and partial 850 square foot cellar. Newmark’s Neal Ohm and Michael Cohen represented the tenant during negotiations for this 10 year lease agreement.
