Jeff Rosen has recently been promoted to the position of managing principal and CIO at MAG Partners LP. With almost two decades of experience in handling complex real estate deals, Jeff has played a crucial role as a founding member of the firm. During his 13-year tenure at Forest City, he was involved in several key projects.
In 2023 alone, Jeff successfully closed three intricate multifamily investments worth over $547 million. As managing principal, he will be responsible for overseeing corporate matters and daily operations. In addition to that, his role as CIO will primarily focus on tasks such as capital raising, acquisitions, pipeline development and ensuring optimal financial performance for the company.
