**Maersk USA Extends Tenancy at 180 Park Avenue in Florham Park, New Jersey**
Cushman & Wakefield has successfully extended Maersk USA’s 46,893-square-foot lease at 180 Park Avenue, a premier Class A office complex in Florham Park, NJ. Maersk USA—a leading integrated global container logistics and supply chain company—has maintained its anchor tenant status at the property since 2014.
In addition to the lease extension, Cushman & Wakefield also secured three new long-term leases at the property, totaling 24,645 square feet:
– Mariner Wealth Advisors, a financial planning firm serving medical professionals, signed a lease for 9,574 square feet.
– Law firm Finazzo Cossolini O’Leary Meola & Hager LLC agreed to a 7,840-square-foot lease.
– Rockefeller Capital Management, an independent wealth management and financial services firm, leased 7,231 square feet.
