Sprouts Farmers Market is set to become one of the anchor tenants in a 172,000-square-foot shopping center in Madison. The popular specialty grocery store will occupy a 25,715-square-foot space at the Shoppes at Rivergate, located on Gallatin Pike N. Its grand opening is scheduled for early 2025.
This will mark Sprouts’ fifth location in the Nashville area, with existing stores already operating in Bellevue, Franklin, Murfreesboro and on Nolensville Pike.
The new Sprouts store will be situated across from BJ’s Wholesale Club within a shopping center that recently changed hands under new ownership.
According to reports from Nashville Business Journal , Highland Capital – based out of Nashville – acquired the Shoppes at Rivergate for $13 million back in September 2023. The company plans to announce additional tenants throughout 2024 as part of its redevelopment plan for this prime retail destination.
