DJM, a private equity real estate developer, has announced the addition of beauty brand Madison Reed as a new tenant at its mixed-use residential and shopping center, Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. This marks the 89th location for Madison Reed’s Hair Color Bar.
Madison Reed is just one of many new tenants that have joined Bella Terra in recent years. Other additions include Philz Coffee, Fogo De Chao, Jan’s Health Bar,Snooze AM Eatery, The Golf Bar,and Sender One. Last year saw DJM and partner PGIM receive approval from Huntington Beach City Council for their plans to develop Bella Terra into a mixed-use residential community.
The project will involve demolishing an existing 149,000-square-foot building currently occupied by Burlington Coat Factory and an adjacent 33,000-square-foot retail commercial building. In its place will be a low-rise structure featuring ground-floor retail and restaurants spanning 25
