Madison International Realty, a real estate private equity firm, has appointed Mark Schein as its new managing director, chief operating officer (COO), and general counsel. With over 25 years of experience in hedge fund management, legal compliance and operational risk management, Schein will focus on Madison’s strategic platform initiatives to grow relationships with corporate best practices and processes.
Schein’s extensive background includes working for large-scale organizations such as Varde Partners and York Capital Management where he served as the chief compliance officer for both firms. His expertise is expected to expand Madison’s capabilities and product offerings.
