**Madison International Realty Expands in Asia with Seoul Office and Appointment of South Korea Head**
Madison International Realty, a global real estate private equity firm, has announced the opening of its newest office in central Seoul, marking its eighth global location and second in Asia. This expansion follows the recent launch of its Singapore office earlier this year.
As part of this growth strategy, Jun Park has been appointed as head of South Korea. Park, who brings over 14 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and private equity, previously led the real asset investment department at Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance.
In his new role, Park will work closely with Madison’s president and founder Ron Dickerman, global co-heads of equity capital markets Evan Abrams and Michael Siefert, and head of Asia Yichao Mark. Together, they aim to enhance Madison’s strategic footprint and client engagement in the region.
“We have a strong existing client base in South Korea, and the appointment of Jun alongside the opening of our office in Seoul is the natural next step for our firm,” said Dickerman. “This move allows us to strengthen those relationships by providing a local presence and enables us to work even more closely with clients to help achieve their goals. At the same time, Jun will be focused on growing our client base, particularly as the current cycle in U.S. and European markets aligns with our investment strategy.”
This move underscores Madison International Realty’s commitment to expanding its Asian presence and capitalizing on emerging opportunities across key global markets.
