Sentral DTLA 755, a luxurious residential community situated in Downtown Los Angeles, has secured a lease agreement with Mad Lab Coffee for the ground-floor retail space at 755 S. Spring St. The renowned Los Angeles-based coffee roaster will open its new 1,210-square-foot location in the spring.
Brand Urban’s Christine Nebiar and Taryn Brandes acted as representatives for Sentral and facilitated this deal as part of their national consultancy services for Sentral’s retail portfolio. On the other hand, Mad Lab Coffee was represented by Dan Fagan and Richard Cheng from Urban Lime.
According to Nebiar, “Mad Lab perfectly complements the brand of Sentral DTLA by sharing our commitment to creating unique local experiences beyond just being a coffee shop.” She also added that they believe Mad Lab will become an essential part of the community for both residents and locals alike.
This upcoming location at Sentral DTLA 755 marks Mad Lab Coffee’s fifth storefront; currently having three shops located throughout Los Angeles and one in Canoga Park.
