"Macquarie Acquires 509K-SF Houston Warehouse with Full Occupancy"

Macquarie Asset Management has recently acquired a 509,600-square-foot Class A logistics building near George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Humble, Texas. The property, known as 59 Logistics Center and developed by Hunt Southwest Real Estate Development, boasts a prime location and top-of-the-line features such as a 36-foot clear height and ample parking for trailers.

The building is fully leased to United Airlines on a long-term basis with plans for significant tenant improvements underway. Hunt Southwest was the seller of the property which also includes nine acres of developable land suitable for additional parking or storage.

Led by Nathan Wynne’s team, the sale marks another successful transaction for Macquarie in their continued expansion into key markets across the country. With its expertly designed facilities and strategic location near major transportation hubs like Houston’s airport, this acquisition further solidifies Macquarie’s position as an industry leader in commercial real estate investment.
