MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has recently expanded into the greater Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia industrial market with the addition of Oliver Fryer as Vice President. With previous experience at Cushman & Wakefield, Fryer will join forces with Bryan Herr to pursue leasing and sales opportunities for developers, landlords, institutional owners, and end-users in the DMV region. Based out of MacKenzie’s Annapolis regional office.
According to Scott Wimbrow, President of MacKenzie: “We have been serving clients in need of industrial real estate solutions in DC and Northern Virginia for some time now. This new team will be solely dedicated to growing our brand presence by identifying new prospects while utilizing our extensive marketing resources.”
Fryer and Herr will specialize in site selection services as well as handling leasing agreements, acquisitions,and dispositions on behalf of their clients.They also plan on building strong relationships within the brokerage community.
