MacKenzie Management Awarded Property Management Assignment for Water’s Edge Corporate Campus
MacKenzie Management Company has been selected to manage the Water’s Edge Corporate Campus, a prominent three-building office portfolio totaling 300,000 square feet in Belcamp, Maryland.
The property management effort will be led by Marie Gerwig, Vice President at MacKenzie Management, with support from team members Karin Lawson, Mike Smith, and Ryan Funk. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services serves as the commercial brokerage firm of record for the project.
Water’s Edge Corporate Campus is a 43-acre mixed-use development that sits prominently along the waterfront of the Bush River. Known as one of the largest and most high-profile business communities in Harford County, the campus stands out for its strategic location and robust infrastructure.
