Jill Harman has been appointed as the new president of MacKenzie Management Company, LLC and MacKenzie Services Company, LLC. These companies are part of MacKenzie Ventures, LLC which is the parent company of The MacKenzie Companies.
With more than 13 years of experience in both real estate and business fields, Harman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of over 100 professionals who provide on-site asset and property management services in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.
According to Brendan Gill, president and COO at The Mackenzie Companies,”We have full confidence in Jill’s leadership abilities. She has a proven track record for managing teams effectively while also being able to motivate them. Her collaborative approach towards consensus building as well as problem-solving makes her an ideal fit for this role.” He further added that “Her extensive knowledge about asset management combined with her familiarity with our company culture along with hands-on experience make her perfectly suited to lead these two divisions.”
