Macerich’s Santa Monica Place is set to welcome Club Studio, a high-end fitness concept. Replacing the first level of the former Bloomingdale’s location at the property, this 48,000-square-foot facility will be located on level one below ARTE MUSEUM – an immersive art exhibit which is scheduled to open in 2024 in the former ArcLight Cinemas location on level three. Macerich plans to announce a complementary use for its second level within coming months.
