Walker Development recently completed the acquisition of a 43,000-square-foot flex building located at 337 Turnpike Road in Southborough, Massachusetts. The property was purchased from Trask Development for $5.1 million and offers significant potential for value enhancement.
The building features approximately 24,185 square feet of available space including 15,915 square feet of low bay industrial space and an additional 8,270 square feet dedicated to office use.
SVN Parsons Commercial Group played a key role in facilitating the transaction between the buyer and seller. Walker Development plans to utilize part of the building as its corporate headquarters while also offering leasing opportunities for the remaining space through SVN Parsons Commercial Group.
This recent acquisition by Walker Development marks another successful venture in their expanding portfolio as they continue to strategically invest in properties with strong potential for growth and development.
