**M2G Ventures Launches Redevelopment and Rebranding of Dallas Design District Campus**
M2G Ventures has announced the redevelopment and rebranding of the former Inwood Design Center, a 14-building, 740,000-square-foot property located at 1110 Inwood Road in Dallas. Situated at the crossroads of the Design District and West Brookhollow submarkets, the site was acquired by M2G earlier this year.
The redevelopment introduces two distinct identities to the project: Inwood Design District (IDD) and Ace on Inwood (Ace). Construction is set to begin shortly, with project completion targeted for the end of 2025.
Inwood Design District will offer approximately 630,000 square feet of light showroom and industrial space featuring high visibility along Inwood Road. Ace on Inwood, a 109,233-square-foot retail district facing the same corridor, will feature pedestrian-friendly, high-profile retail and restaurant spaces designed to attract destination tenants.
Leasing responsibilities for Ace on Inwood will be handled by Jake Sherrington and Victoria Pappas of SHOP Companies. Leasing for the industrial component of Inwood Design District will be led by Canon Shoults and Maddy Coffman of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
