The property is conveniently located off Ashley Phosphate Road with easy access from I-26 and Dorchester Road.

Erickson, Vice President with Colliers South Carolina noted that “Our client initially purchased the property to expand their footprint in the area due to high demand for properties ranging from 10,000 to 35,000 square feet and very little inventory available on the market” He added that “After initial purchase was made by our client they divided it into two parcels allowing them keep what they needed for their investment while selling remaining warehouse space along with land.”
