"Lyndhurst Industrial Building Fully Leased by Woodmont Tenant"

Woodmont Industrial Partners has achieved full occupancy at 2 Terminal Rd. in Lyndhurst, NJ with the signing of Nemo Tile, LLC as a tenant. The warehouse and distribution facility spans 30,046 square feet and is situated at the intersection of Routes 3 and 17 on a lease term of 65 months. Woodmont was represented by Michael Schaible and Troy Wisse from Lee & Associates while Nemo Tile was represented by Daniel Reider from Newmark.

In March of 2024, Woodmont completed an extensive capital improvement project worth millions to enhance the entire property. This included upgrades such as a new roof and front entrance, motion-sensor LED lighting throughout the premises, interior/exterior painting work, new paving/landscaping features,and an additional loading dock area along with adding over1 ,800 square feet for office space.
