LV Entertainment Complex Expansion Secures $160M Investment from Investors

Fisher Brothers has secured financing for the expansion of Area15’s 20-acre entertainment venue. The project, which is estimated to cost $161 million, will be funded by North Bridge and Acore Capital with $108 million and $53 million respectively.

Construction on the new section of this popular off-Strip destination began in 2023 and is expected to open later this year. According to a report from the Las Vegas Review/Journal, the expansion will include a year-round horror experience created by Universal Studios theme parks as well as a futuristic outer-space attraction that takes guests on an immersive deep space mission set in the 26th century.

The existing venue already boasts popular attractions such as Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart interactive art experience. Starting in February, visitors can also enjoy The John Wick Experience at Area15.

Located near Desert Inn Road on Rancho Drive, Area15 first opened its doors in 2020 and has since welcomed over 13 million visitors. With these new investments totaling $160M for its expansion project, it is clear that this entertainment complex continues to draw interest from investors looking to capitalize on its success.
