LV Collective: Building a 289-Unit Tempe Rental Community

LV Collective has received approval to demolish a former Super 8 motel and construct a 15-story apartment complex and coffee shop in its place near Rural Road and Apache Boulevard. The project, which will replace the current transitional shelter for the homeless, consists of 289 units including studios, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom options. Additionally, there will be approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

The site spans about 1.35 acres and LV Collective plans to begin demolition before March ends. The ground-floor commercial space will house Daydreamer – a coffee shop offering espresso drinks, coffee, tea and pastries.
