Marcus & Millichap successfully closed the sale of a 0.72-acre parcel of land located in Carlsbad for $2,500,000. Aaron Bove, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office marketed the property on behalf of seller BNR Investment & Development LLC and procured buyer MK Management Group LLC.
Bove commented that this project has potential to become an iconic landmark with its thoughtfully designed layout and desirable location making a lasting impact on the community and its residents. The parcel was delivered permit-ready with entitlement for 23 build-to-rent luxury apartment homes in La Costa neighborhood’s Romeria Street; construction is expected to begin later this year.
