### CBRE Arranges Sale of Luxury Slate at Merrimack Apartments
A CBRE team led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, and John McLaughlin facilitated the sale of Slate at Merrimack, a 224-unit luxury apartment community in Merrimack, NH. The property, which is entirely market-rate, is located across from Fidelity Investments’ one-million-square-foot campus. While the sale price was not disclosed, the transaction highlights strong demand for high-quality multifamily properties in the region.
CBRE exclusively represented the seller, LeCesse Development Corporation, a multi-state developer and owner of multifamily properties. The team also secured the buyer, a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and commercial properties.
