Financed with an $87 million loan from Hartford Investment Management Co., it features a hotel inspired lobby complete with a coffee shop, 20th floor clubhouse lounge, rooftop infinity pool offering 360 degree views of downtown.

Albion recently acquired 2 acres at McGavock Street & 14th Avenue for their next project – a luxurious two tower residential development worth $31 million dollars.
