Replay Destinations has announced plans for a new luxury hotel at Mill District in Healdsburg. This 53-key hotel will serve as the centerpiece of the master planned neighborhood, which is set to transform a former lumber mill site into a vibrant community.
Along with residences designed by renowned architects like Olson Kundig, Mill District will offer an array of amenities for residents including a pool, fitness center, retail options and a park surrounded by preserved redwood trees. Replay Destinations will maintain ownership of the hotel to ensure its vision is fully realized.

The project is currently undergoing design review with the City of Healdsburg and construction is slated to begin in spring 2025.
