Lee & Associates NYC recently facilitated a 10-year lease agreement between luxury clothing brand L’AGENCE and 925 Madison Avenue Inc. for their new location at 956 Madison Ave on the Upper East Side. The lease includes a ground floor space of 1,800 square feet and an additional mezzanine level of 1,500 square feet.
L’AGENCE will be moving from their current Manhattan store at 1011 Madison Ave to this new location in the first quarter of2025. The landlord was represented by Peter Braus, Morris Dweck, and Annie Squier from Lee & Associates NYC while Simon Dallimore from Dallimore & Co represented L’AGENCE.
According to President Peter Braus, it is an honor for Lee & Associates NYC to assist in expanding L’AGENT’s presence on prestigious Madison Avenue as they continue their impressive growth trajectory.
