Time Equities, Inc., JK Equities and Oak Capitals recently celebrated the grand opening of 1000M, their newest luxury rental community in downtown Chicago. Located at 1000 S. Michigan Ave., the 73-story tower was designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn and features apartments and amenities designed by Kara Mann Design.
With its prime location in the Historic Michigan Boulevard District across from Grant Park, 1000M offers large floor plans and luxurious amenities to its residents. Managed by Willow Bridge Properties, the building has already reached one-third occupancy since its first move-ins on May 1st.
According to Robert Singer, director of development for Time Equities: “There is no other residential building that can match the design, lifestyle experience or service caliber of what we offer at 1000M in all of Chicago or even nationwide.” The success seen so far is a testament to this statement as demand for these high-end apartments continues to grow.
