**Collector’s Garage Plans Second Scottsdale Luxury Car Facility**

Collector’s Garage is moving forward with plans for a second high-end car storage facility in Scottsdale. The company, which also owns the exclusive Apex Motor Club, has submitted a proposal for a six-building, 82,720-square-foot development at 9909 E. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road.

The proposed facility, slated to be named The Collector’s Garages at WestWorld, will feature spaces ranging from 7,200 to 21,600 square feet. Buyers will be able to purchase their own garage units and customize them to suit their preferences. Each unit is designed to accommodate five to six vehicles.

Project documentation indicates that the developer is pursuing rezoning for the currently vacant five-acre parcel. The current zoning restrictions prohibit vehicle storage facilities adjacent to residential districts. A hearing before the Scottsdale Design Review Committee has yet to be scheduled.

The project’s development team includes LGE Design Build, Summit Land Management, and Rose Law Group.

Apex Motor Club is known as a members-only luxury motorsports destination, offering racing circuits, country club-inspired amenities, and private garages located alongside the track.
