### Luxury Camping Resort Planned Near Opryland

**Northgate Resorts** is planning a 200-acre camping resort near the Grand Ole Opry, featuring over 400 campsites and high-end amenities.

Named **The Bend Resort**, the development will be situated on a 215-acre site along the Cumberland River, approximately 1.3 miles from the Grand Ole Opry.

The resort will offer **425 campsites**, including **105 cabins** and **320 RV sites**. The first phase will feature a welcome center, camp store, event center, swimming pool, craft pavilion, petting barn, chapel, and arcade barn.

Future phases of the project will introduce a **120-room hotel**, **300 apartments**, an indoor commercial amusement facility, as well as a farm-to-table restaurant and microbrewery.

Nashville-based **architecture and engineering firm Gresham Smith** is involved in the project’s design and development.

Northgate Resorts currently operates **34 camp resorts** across the country and is the largest operator of **Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Parks**.
