The InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue, part of the Avenue Bellevue project worth over $1 billion, is scheduled to open in early 2024. According to Puget Sound Business Journal, IHG Hotels & Resorts will operate this 208-room hotel instead of its original opening date in October.
Fortress Development Group LLC from Bellevue is responsible for developing this project located at 850 103rd Avenue NE. The prime location just north of Bellevue Square Mall offers a total event space of 12,000 square feet including a grand ballroom spanning over 4,250 square feet and another ballroom measuring up to2 ,400 square feet. Along with luxurious amenities and services offered by the hotel brand’s internationally renowned chefs.
IHG Group manages various Seattle-area hotels such as Holiday Inn,Kimpton Hotel Indigo,and Crowne Plaza.Benchmark Hospitality has been appointed as the management company for this new luxury hotel.
