Luxury Audio Brand Bang & Olufsen Signs Lease in Midtown

Bang & Olufsen, a renowned Danish electronics manufacturer, has recently signed a 10-year lease for 1,557 square feet of prime retail space at 540 Madison Avenue. This move marks their relocation from their previous location at 600 Madison Avenue to the bustling Midtown area.

The new store will boast an attractive storefront along East 55th Street and will showcase Bang & Olufsen’s high-end audio products known for their luxurious design and superior sound quality. Some of these products can fetch up to $135,000 per pair. The company already has a presence in Manhattan with another store located at 121 Spring Street.

The landlord was represented by Newmark’s Ariel Schuster and Mitch Heifetz while the tenant was represented by Charlie Koniver of Odyssey Retail Partners in this transaction.

This news highlights Bang & Olufsen’s continued growth as they expand into one of New York City’s most coveted retail destinations.
