Lument, a New York City-based firm, has significantly grown its real estate capital markets team to provide multifamily investors with a wider range of financing solutions. The team now includes managing directors Hirsch Simins, Jacob Cohen and Mark Vinitsky, senior director David Jungreis and director Ben Retter. These experienced professionals previously worked together at Walker & Dunlop before joining Lument’s existing managing director Ryan Norwood and senior directors Joshua Perew and Ralph Wurzburger.
Led by senior managing director Rick Warren, the team secures an average of $1.44 billion annually in financing for various asset classes. In line with their strategy to strengthen relationships within the commercial real estate industry, Lument recently opened a new office in East Rutherford,NJ.
According to Warren,”Building an experienced group is crucial for our goal of establishing deeper connections throughout the commercial real estate market.” He further added that these new additions bring valuable relationships that complement their expertise in multifamily properties and investment sales,enabling them to better serve their clients.
