**LRE & Co Announces New Commercial Development in Medford, Oregon**
San Rafael-based real estate development and construction firm LRE & Co, a family-owned business, has unveiled plans for a new commercial development in Medford, Oregon. This project marks a significant step in the company’s continued expansion into the Oregon market.
Located along Crater Lake Highway in the Tower Business Park, the forthcoming development will offer approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The project will include a 4,000-square-foot quick-service restaurant with a drive-through and a 6,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building, which will also feature a drive-thru component.
