LPC Desert West Helming $515M Phoenix Industrial Project: A Guide to the Latest Development in Arizona's Industrial Sector

LPC Desert West is fully committed to the west side of Phoenix. The southwest division of Lincoln Property Company has announced the commencement of construction for Luke Field, a state-of-the-art industrial development worth $515 million. This Class A project spans over 2.4 million square feet and is strategically located next to Luke Air Force Base in metro Phoenix.

Luke Field will be developed in one phase and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024. It comprises three buildings – Building A (695,750 square feet), Building B (454,761 square feet), and Building C (1.27 million square feet). Situated just minutes away from Loop 303 and surrounded by Litchfield Road, Northern Avenue, Northern Parkway, and Luke Air Force Base; this development offers unparalleled convenience.

The amenities at all buildings include barbeque stations, a shaded outdoor dining area as well as employee collaboration spaces – making it an ideal workplace environment for employees. Additionally,the site boasts ample car parking space along with secure trailer parking facilities.

Lincoln Property Company will oversee leasing activities for this project while Layton Construction serves as its general contractor.Besides that Butler Design Group has been appointed as the project architect.
