Landmark Companies is in the pre-lease phase of Landmark at the Meadows, a two-building Class A industrial warehouse project under development in Mesquite, Texas. Building I is currently under construction and expected to be completed next year. Building II, a 139,319-square-foot property has already secured a 78,000 square foot lease with Lowe’s for their last mile fulfillment center which handles order picking and processing to packaging and shipping. Julia Baytler from Landmark commented “The lease with Lowe’s validates our development thesis and reflects strong demand for modern industrial facilities in Texas.” JLL is handling remaining space for both buildings; Building I being 216 thousand square feet located next door that will be delivered by 2024. Hall Structured Finance arranged $13 million construction loan for this project.
